Brian Creamer

Brian Creamer, AICP, MVP, SITES AP, Director of Resilience Planning & Design

Brian has 14 years of sustainable planning and design experience that he will leverage as the new Director of Resilience Planning & Design! Since joining Nitsch in 2015, Brian’s entrepreneurial spirit and breadth of experience have been instrumental in growing Nitsch’s resilience planning and design services. In this role, Brian will work with his department and other technical and corporate groups to expand our service offerings coming out of the Resilience Planning & Design department while growing his team and supporting our other business lines.

Mark Violette

Mark Violette, PLS, Director of Land Surveying

Mark has 40 years of experience in the land surveying field, including both field and management experience, that he will leverage as the new Director of Land Surveying! Over the last year, Mark has been instrumental in leading efforts coming out of our Land Surveying department. In this role, Mark will continue to work with the other technical directors to improve on deliverables and client service efforts.

Marc Gabriel

Marc Gabriel, PE, CPESC, Senior Project Manager – Resilience Planning & Design, Quality Assurance and Control Lead

Marc is taking on an expanded role as Nitsch’s new Quality Assurance and Control Lead! Marc has over 21 years of experience in site design, stormwater management, and permitting for a wide range of public and private projects. In his new role, he will collaborate with our departments to maintain Nitsch’s Quality Management System.

Paige Blanchard

Paige Blanchard, PE, LEED Green Associate, Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Paige has been promoted to Project Manager! With over 10 years of experience, Paige provides support for a number of our projects in the City of Boston – as well as outside of the city limits – including mixed-use, residential, institutional, and academic projects.

Jamie Johnston

Jamie Johnston, PE, Project Manager – Structural Engineering

Jamie has been promoted to Project Manager! Jamie has 12 years of diverse bridge design and project management experience and acts as the primary structural engineer and point of contact on a number of our structural projects.
