What do you love most about your job?
“I love that there is not one set way to do something. Learning from the people around me in the office is so fundamental to understanding civil engineering concepts, but it is cool to see the same result produced in different ways by various designers and engineers around. I love that this field is in no way a linear path!”
What drew you to working in civil engineering?
“I worked on a project in my AP Chemistry class in high school that involved designing a system that would desalinate salt-water using solar energy which sparked my interest in using innovative processes to create solutions to problems! From there, I decided to study engineering in college and explored options at WPI for what I wanted to focus my studies and career in.”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“In my free time I enjoy attending dance and barre classes, going for long walks with friends, and spending time at the beach when the weather permits!”
