State Land for Homes Initiative to Drive Housing Development

Over the summer, the Massachusetts Governor’s office announced that 450 acres of state-owned land are being made available to help increase the housing supply in the state. As these projects move forward, Nitsch is ready to work with our clients to help these properties better serve their communities – as we have already done for the MCI-Concord Redevelopment project referenced in the Press Release! We worked closely with Agency Landscape + Planning, the lead consultant, providing civil and transportation engineering services to reimagine how this property could be redeveloped.
