What do you love most about your job?
“The things I love most about my job are the variety of projects I get to work on and the professional development and leadership opportunities. I’m constantly learning new things and growing as an employee, young engineer, and a person!”
What drew you to work in civil engineering?
“I am a natural problem-solver and care about the environment and community development, so it seemed like a great fit!”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“Outside of Nitsch, I am working as the assistant volleyball coach for WPI. I played on the team in college, and it was great to get back into the sport and support a program I care a lot about while staying active! Go Tech!”
