Brittney Ferber, PE, CFM, Project Manager – Resilience Planning & Design
Brittney has 10 years of experience providing site design services for commercial, residential, and academic projects. She specializes in leading flood modeling projects and tailoring green infrastructure techniques to site-specific conditions in urban and rural environments, including roadways, private and public developments, and public open space. Brittney’s recent experience includes work at Princeton University and Tufts University, as well as the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.
Ryan Gordon, PE, ENV SP, LEED Green Associate, Project Manager – Civil Engineering
Ryan has 10 years of experience providing civil engineering design services for a range of public and private site development projects. He specializes in working on projects in Boston, leading complex and phased projects of all types and sizes. Ryan has proven himself to be especially adept at navigating complicated regulatory requirements. His recent experience includes the award-winning Clippership Wharf and the recently completed Overlook Terrace at Orient Heights, both multi-family housing projects in Boston.
Jessica Wala, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP ND, Project Manager – Resilience Planning & Design
Jessica has 11 years of experience in civil engineering design and planning. She specializes in evaluating and designing green infrastructure within the public realm, particularly on projects that improve site resilience. Jess also helps drive Nitsch’s resilience work by providing education, resources, and tools to all Nitsch engineers and planners. Her recent experience includes green infrastructure improvements on public properties in Braintree and New Bedford, MA; Yale Divinity School’s Living Village in New Haven, CT; and the Omni Boston at the Seaport hotel.
Morgan Perreault, Survey Project Coordinator
Morgan has been working in the land surveying industry for more than 27 years. In that time, she has become experienced in many forms of survey, including topographic, utility, property line, and right-of-way. In her new role, Morgan will continue coordinating a wide range of land surveying projects, as well as mentoring and training the younger technicians in the survey department.
Kristen Antunes, EIT, Senior Transportation/Traffic Designer
Kristen has three years of experience in transportation and traffic engineering, including preparing Traffic Management Plans for Eversource, and designing and preparing plans for MassDOT and City of Boston projects.
Sarah Kwatinetz, EIT, Senior Civil Project Designer
Sarah uses her three years of experience to support a variety of project types and sizes all over Massachusetts, specializing in stormwater analysis, complex stormwater models, and site analysis.
