On March 17, 2026, Nitsch Engineering’s shareholders elected the company’s new Board of Directors. The Board of Directors provides oversight, strategic guidance, and accountability in support of Nitsch’s mission and goals. Made up of seven members, the Board includes:
- Five internal voting Directors who bring deep institutional knowledge and leadership continuity, and
- Two external non-voting Directors who provide independent perspective, industry insight, and objective counsel.
