Nitsch was ranked #30 in the “100 to 199 Employees” category and #59 in the Multidiscipline category. These results reflect our ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel engaged, supported, and valued.
Zweig Group’s Best Firms to Work For (BFTWF) Award Program is the largest employee survey in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The award recognizes outstanding AEC firms based on both direct employee feedback and data provided by the firm, evaluating factors such as workplace culture, employee experience, professional development opportunities, and overall practices.
Firms that apply to the program are first grouped by size and discipline. Rankings are then determined using a combined score from two surveys: a corporate survey evaluating policies and practices, and an anonymous employee survey that captures feedback on engagement, satisfaction, and workplace culture. This year, 105 firms were recognized across these two categories, and Nitsch is proud to be among the firms ranked on top.
