What do you love most about your job?
“I love seeing the candidates I’ve hired grow in their careers. I take so much personal responsibility for their happiness and success. It makes me so proud!”
What drew you to working in recruitment?
“I was raised in a sales family, and got my start in sales as well. I loved the excitement, but I didn’t like how adversarial the relationship always felt with prospects. I wanted to be able to work with the people I engaged and contribute to their lives, rather than try to convince them to buy something they may or may not need.”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“I spend much of my time practicing yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, watching basketball, and going to stand-up comedy shows.”
