What do you love most about your job?
“I love seeing a project come to life. We work on a large variety of projects at Nitsch and being able to see each one through the different construction phases is very rewarding.”
What drew you to working in civil engineering?
“Growing up I loved creating complex patterns and solving problems. To me, civil engineering is almost like using the world around us as a partially filled-out coloring book and filling in all the gaps with new patterns and improvements. It helps that math was always my favorite subject as well!”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“I have been a dancer most of my life and enjoy reading outside whenever the weather allows. I also try to support local LGBTQ+ performers whenever I can by attending drag shows throughout the city.”
