“What I love most about my job is working directly with people and helping them find genuine fulfillment in their careers. I truly enjoy taking the time to listen to employee feedback and finding innovative ways to support our team’s professional growth and day-to-day satisfaction.”
What drew you to working in Human Resources?
“It ultimately comes down to my desire to connect with and support people. My educational background is a blend of psychology and business management, which naturally lent itself to a career in Human Resources. It allows me to understand what drives and motivates individuals while simultaneously supporting the strategic goals of the business.”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“I am a strong supporter of mental health advocacy and the importance of finding time to recharge. Outside of the office, I love spending quality time with my family and rescue pup named Bowie. I also enjoy traveling, exploring new places, soaking in live music, and spending time in nature.”
