John Carty, PE, LEED AP, brings over 28 years of experience specializing in civil engineering, site development, transportation, stormwater, and utility engineering projects for both the private and public sectors. He is skilled in site planning and design, water distribution, grading, erosion and sediment control, utility connections, stormwater conveyance and discharge, and utility design. As Managing Director of the Richmond office, John oversees all engineering services and provides quality client service for an array of municipalities, developers, higher education institutions, K-12 schools, cultural institutions, and more. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
