Nitsch Engineering Announces New Board of Directors and Shareholders

Nitsch Engineering is pleased to announce the company’s continued ownership and governance transition, with one new member joining the Board of Directors and two new shareholders.

Andres Repetto, Director of IT, has joined Nitsch Engineering’s Board of Directors. The seven-person Board of Directors is elected by the firm’s shareholders and is responsible for overall direction and strategic vision of the firm. The other Board members are President and Chief Executive Officer Lisa A. Brothers, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C (Chair of the Board); Senior Project Manager Deborah M. Danik, PE, CPESC, LEED AP BD+C (Vice Chair of the Board); Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Deirdra A. Taylor, CPA; Vice President and Director of Civil Engineering Aaron A. Gallagher, PE, CFM, LEED AP; Senior Project Manager Stephen D. Farr, PE, ENV SP, LEED Green Associate; and Project Manager Jennifer L. Johnson, PE, CFM, CPSWQ, LEED AP.

Survey Project Manager Jeffrey Campbell, PLS and Planning Project Manager Brian Creamer, AICP, SITES AP have become shareholders of Nitsch Engineering. Employees are invited to become shareholders based on a combination of their technical competency, business development skills, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Jeff and Brian bring the total number of shareholders to 30.

About the New Member of the Board of Directors: Andres Repetto

Director of IT Andres Repetto has over 20 years of experience, specializing in working with firms within the A/E/C industry. He works closely with the management team to determine the strategic direction of IT for Nitsch Engineering. He attends to the hardware and software needs for 100+ employees, while making sure all systems operate properly across each office. Andres is the co-chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts (ACEC/MA) Information Technology/Systems Forum. He received a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Systems from the University of Belgrano.

About the New Shareholders: Jeffrey Campbell and Brian Creamer

Survey Project Manager Jeffrey Campbell, PLS has 11 years of experience in land surveying, including conducting property line, topographic, geodetic, ALTA/NSPS Land Title, and construction surveys; and performing survey control network adjustments that combine both conventional and Global Positioning System (GPS) data. He also has a strong background in using AutoCAD, Leica GPS equipment and software, and robotic total stations. Jeff is dedicated to using his technical skills and the latest technologies to effectively and efficiently accomplish a project’s goal. He received a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Mapping from Southern Polytechnic.

Planning Project Manager Brian Creamer, AICP, SITES AP has 10 years of sustainable planning and design experience. He is the active lead of Nitsch’s Geographic Information System (GIS) group and is focused on climate adaptation, resilience, and sustainability planning. A creative and collaborative designer, Brian has developed specialized skills and experience in designing complex sites that sustainably integrate stormwater into the landscape and integrate climate change adaptation measures. In addition, he has a full command of the design process, including performing context analysis and producing project deliverables through construction. Brian has shared his expertise as an adjunct faculty member with Boston University’s City Planning and Urban Affairs program, currently serves on the Town of Chelmsford’s Vinal Square Strategic Action Plan Committee, and is past chair of the Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Walkability and past chair of the Conservation Commission in the City of Malden. A member of the American Planning Association, Brian was awarded Emerging Planner of the Year from the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association in 2018. He earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of City Planning from Boston University.
