Nitsch Engineering is pleased to announce that Michael E. Kenealy, CPA, Chief Financial Officer of the firm, has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
Michael Kenealy has over 30 years of experience managing professional service firms. As Nitsch Engineering’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mike is directly responsible for the company’s financial operations and assists in the oversight of the company’s technical operations. As a member of Nitsch Engineering’s leadership team and Board of Directors, he is also involved in the firm’s strategic planning.
“Since 2011, when I became President and CEO, Mike has taken on operational responsibilities above and beyond his role as CFO,” said Lisa A. Brothers, PE, LEED AP BD+C. “His contributions and dedication to Nitsch Engineering over the years have been invaluable to both the company and to me personally.”
Mike is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has bachelors’ degrees in economics and psychology from Boston College, and an MBA from Boston University.
