Earth Day is a time to reflect on the environmental movement and to take positive action to benefit the planet.
As a company, Nitsch is committed to continuing to take action to benefit our environment, whether that’s through designing sustainable and resilient sites, promoting multi-modal and people-powered transportation, consistently looking for ways to improve reusing and recycling initiatives in our offices, or supporting charities that work to improve the world around us.

- American Rivers works to protect wild rivers, restore damaged rivers, and conserve clean water for people and nature. Rivers are a critical resource as climate change continues to impact our communities and world!
- Charles River Watershed Association is dedicated to protecting, preserving, and enhancing the Charles River and its watershed through science, advocacy, and the law.
- Environmental Defense Fund covers a wide range of environmental issues, working to develop solutions for climate change, oceans, wildlife and habitats, and health.
- National Resources Defense Council works to restore integrity for air, land, and water elements, defend endangered natural places, and establish sustainability and good stewardship of the Earth as ethical imperatives.
- The Nature Conservancy prioritizes solutions to tackle climate change, protect land and water, provide food and water sustainably, and build healthy cities.
