Nathan Rosencranz, PE, SE, Deputy Director of Structural Engineering
As our structural engineering department continues to grow, we’re excited to announce that Nate has been promoted to Deputy Director of Structural Engineering! Nate has 16 years of experience in bridge design and construction engineering, with a specialty in solving complex problems with innovative solutions that are constructible. In addition to bridge design, he is experienced in bridge rating and inspection, bridge and tunnel rehabilitation, dam rehabilitation, and analysis of communication towers.
Marissa Valentino, PE, CFM, Civil Engineering Project Manager
We’re thrilled to welcome Marissa to the Nitsch team! Marissa has more than 15 years of experience as a civil engineer during which time she has worked on a variety of projects, including multi-family housing, medical research facilities, industrial parks, offices, commercial and retail facilities, and school facilities. She is experienced in providing site design services including layout, grading, stormwater and drainage design, and utility systems. Marissa specializes in projects that have an extensive environmental permitting component.
Matthew Styckiewicz, Structural Project Manager
Matt has 12 years of experience in structural engineering, the last four at Nitsch, specializing in the design and inspection of bridges and marine structures, including pile supported piers and wharves, bulkheads, seawalls, caissons, and bridges. His project background includes public, private, and commercial facilities, as well as numerous projects for MassDOT, MBTA, the Coast Guard, and Navy.
Erin Greenlaw, CPA, Controller
Erin brings seven years of experience as an accountant to her role as Controller, and we’re excited to welcome her to Nitsch! In this role, she leads the day-to-day finance operations, including implementing and maintaining internal controls and procedures, as well as providing ongoing financial guidance for the company. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College and a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
Monica Chapman, Human Resources Coordinator
Monica brings nine years of experience to her role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources team, including managing recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration functions, as well as Nitsch’s wellness initiatives.
Austin Conroy, Marketing Coordinator
Austin has been part of the Nitsch marketing team for three years, providing assistance in coordinating proposal activities, developing content to support communication efforts, and editing a wide range of materials.
