Even in the midst of a pandemic, we think that summer is something to celebrate. For that reason, Nitsch Engineering’s core business hours change from Memorial Day weekend (Friday, May 22) through Labor Day weekend (Friday, September 4). On Monday through Thursday, our core hours remain 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. On Fridays, our core hours will be 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Wondering why we’re doing this even though our employees continue to work from home? While Nitsch Engineering works towards a science-based way to safely return to our offices, we recognize that maintaining work-life balance can be even more difficult when working from home. Our early Fridays during the summer give our employees an additional opportunity to find this balance, and to enjoy the (hopefully) nice weather!
Wondering how this will affect you? We don’t think it will – and over the past six years that we’ve provided this benefit to our employees, our clients haven’t noticed a difference! Although our core hours will be adjusted, our commitment to our clients remains as high as ever. We will continue to plan ahead on each project so that you will know what to expect.
