When we found out Thursday night, November 17th, that Nitsch Engineering had been named the #1 mid-sized firm to work for in The Boston Globe‘s Top Places to Work competition, we were thrilled!
To celebrate this achievement with our staff, who are the real reason we have such a great corporate culture, Nitsch Engineering threw a party at lunch, providing everyone with their favorite sandwiches and drinks. The party culminated in a champagne toast … and then 50 of our staff participated in the Mannequin Challenge to really capture our mood for posterity.
