Nitsch Engineering Recognized for Supporting Young Engineers

Nitsch Engineering, Inc. – a Boston-based civil engineering, land surveying, transportation engineering, sustainable site consulting, planning, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) firm – has received the 2009 American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Employer Recognition Award for Support of Younger Members. This is the second time the company has received this award.

ASCE’s Employer Recognition Program was a result of the ASCE Strategic Plan, which called for the establishment of a program to recognize and acknowledge employers who support the participation in ASCE activities by members who are under 35 years of age. Nitsch Engineering is proud to support the professional growth and development of their younger staff by encouraging them to participate in ASCE committees and events. More information on ASCE can be found online at www.asce.org. More information on the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section (the local chapter) can be found online at www.bsces.org.
