“I love the collaboration at Nitsch. Reaching out to colleagues virtually and in person is easy and encouraged. Everyone has so much knowledge and experience; my greatest resources are my colleagues.”

“Problem-solving drew me to engineering and I have a passion for sustainability and influencing the built environment.”

“My hobbies include pickleball, casual biking, and trying out new interests.”
