Cynthia works with architectural, engineering, and construction clients to help them profitably grow. She is FMI’s National Practice leader for market strategy and the business development discipline, responsible for increasing the depth and breadth of the practice across all customer types and segments. She is the co-author of the book Profitable Project | Profitable Business: Building Your Financial Skills in Construction.

What are you passionate about outside of work?
“Growing people for the future. I love to be engaged in youth mentoring organizations. I am a mentor for a young lady from an under-resourced neighborhood and have enjoyed learning and growing together over these last seven years. My hobbies include traveling, scuba diving, reading, cooking, and all things out of doors.”
