Nitsch Engineering provided land surveying, civil engineering, and traffic engineering services to support the campus-wide planning analysis and preliminary design of the reconstruction of the roadway system and utility systems at the University, based on a previously prepared 25 year build-out Master Plan. We evaluated the current drainage system on the campus and assessed alternatives for stormwater management, including Low Impact Development alternatives. Nitsch Engineering also developed a traffic analysis and circulation report, which included assessing existing conditions for site access and circulation, collecting existing traffic volumes, and analyzing different traffic management alternatives for the campus including intersection analysis.

We are currently providing design services for the improvements.
