Life Sciences Laboratory (2009 – 2013)
- Topographic survey for 14 acres
- Two plans: one 3D plan for Building Information Modeling, one in traditional 2D for construction
- Infrastructure and site constraints identification
- Site design and permitting, and construction administration
- Analysis of site water (runoff and flow from foundation drain) for extensive water re-use for toilet flushing, mechanical systems makeup water, etc.
- Site utilities and site sustainable approaches for the Certified Building Study
Bowditch Greenhouses (2009 – 2011)
- Renovation of the obsolete existing greenhouses and construction of 15,700 square feet of additional laboratory and greenhouse space
- Utility design, site layout, and NPDES permitting assistance
- Unique stormwater retention system design avoids need for expensive cisterns
- LEED Silver certification
Integrated Science Building (2006 – 2009)
- Feasibility study and design of 173,000-gross-square-foot classroom and laboratory building
- Topographic survey; design of water, sewer, and stormwater management systems; environmental permitting; and construction administration
- LEED Silver certification
