Nitsch Engineering provided civil engineering services for the design, permitting, and construction of a 27-story residential development tower consisting of 381 units and a 110-space garage, at the intersection of Washington Street and LaGrange street. The project abuts the MBTA Orange Line and Silver Lines.

Nitsch Engineering provided full civil engineering services, including all site layout, grading, and utility design services, as well as securing permits with the Boston Water & Sewer Commission and City of Boston Public Improvement Commission. Nitsch Engineering also assisted the developer in securing the necessary approvals from the Boston Redevelopment Authority, Boston Transportation Department, and MEPA. The Kensington was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
