The four-story Clinical Building is an approximately 37,076-square-foot building devoted to longer visit ambulatory services, meeting rooms, storage space, staff offices, staff lounges, and bathrooms. It is connected to the main hospital by an elevated walkway above the parking lot.

Our civil engineers provided site layout, grading, and utility design, assisted with site plan review, and coordinated groundwater recharge requirements with the Town Engineer. Our land surveyors provided boundary, topographic, and utility surveys of existing conditions, as well as CAD file deliverables.
