Joyce Husseini has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and surveying fields. She has been involved in the technology end of the engineering business from the early use of mainframe CADD to the most recent advances in video imaging, communications technology, and GIS. As the GIS Specialist at Nitsch Engineering, Joyce coordinates the integration of GIS into project deliverables and manages system-wide GIS issues.
In addition to her two years of Civil/Structural Engineering education at the University of Minnesota, Joyce earned a Certificate in Architectural Drafting from the Minneapolis Drafting School and has taken GIS Professional Development Courses at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is currently working toward a degree in Environmental Studies/ Sustainable Design at Harvard’s Extension School.
