Anna has always been a seeker of knowledge; she is constantly in pursuit of new ways to challenge herself and grow. In the ever-changing discipline of marketing, she has continually done this throughout her career. Anna has 18 years of experience as a marketing and communications professional, including 15 years addressing the unique challenges of marketing within the A/E/C industry. As Director of Marketing at Nitsch Engineering, where she is a shareholder, Anna’s responsibilities include managing the company’s external and internal communications efforts, overseeing the company’s project pursuits and proposal activities, providing support and strategic guidance for business development efforts, implementing strategic initiatives, and managing the marketing team and team projects.

Community service is important to Anna. At Nitsch Engineering, she co-chairs the Nitsch Cares employee resource group (ERG), which manages charitable giving and community engagement activities for the company, and is an active member of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging ERG.

Outside of Nitsch

Anna loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, exploring new places, and actively searching for the best Mexican food in the Boston area. She loves being involved in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS): she currently serves as an advisor for the Boston chapter and on the Northeast Regional Conference Communications Committee and Advisory Council. She is also Director of Canstruction Boston, the annual design-build competition that recruits A/E/C firms to construct colossal structures made entirely from canned goods that ultimately benefit the Merrimack Valley Food Bank.
