Civil Engineering
Civil Project Engineer
We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills and 5-8 years of experience in the preparation of civil/site construction documents associated with various land development projects. Specific knowledge of site grading, utility and stormwater management system. Extensive use of AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D/LDD software is required. HydroCAD experience is also a requirement.
This position works closely with the project team on a variety of public and private projects. The candidate should be able to show progressive experience with drainage, water, and sewer design and permitting for commercial site design. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are necessary. A BS in Civil Engineering and registration as a PE in one or more states are required.

We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills and 2-5 years of experience in the preparation of civil/site construction documents associated with various land development projects, along with specific knowledge of site grading, utility and stormwater management system. Extensive use of AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D/LDD software is required. HydroCAD experience is a plus.
This position works closely with the project team on a variety of public and private projects. The candidate should be able to show progressive experience with drainage, water, and sewer design and permitting for commercial site design. At times, this individual may have the opportunity to gain construction observation experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are necessary. A BS in Civil Engineering and an EIT are required.
Construction Representative
This position is responsible for the monitoring of contractor and field staff activities on site. This individual will review the inspection of work under construction, as well as in place, to determine compliance with contract documents. The ability to read and interpret design plans and make field decisions is required. This individual prepares written reports to document the progress of work including, but not limited to, construction records, daily progress reports, work orders, change orders, cost estimates, and field correspondence.
T
he successful candidate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of related experience on construction projects including municipal projects, roadways and streets, utilities, sidewalks, and ramps. Knowledge of construction methods, standards, applicable codes, and civil/site/transportation design is required. An EIT certification is preferred.
As this position is located off site, a valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle is required.
Transportation Engineering
Transportation/Traffic Engineer
We are seeking a dynamic Transportation/Traffic Engineer professional with 4-6 years of hands on practical traffic engineering experience. The successful candidate must have experience in performing traffic operational analysis using traffic engineering software applications (including Synchro, SimTraffic, and SIDRA), traffic data collection, safety analysis, Warrant analysis using MUTCD, signalized Intersection design, traffic signal coordination, and arterial analysis is required; must be proficient in AutoCAD. The successful candidate must have experience in preparing traffic study reports for arterials, corridors, intersections, development impact studies, signal justification reports, etc.
Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science in civil, traffic, or electrical engineering. Having an EIT or PE is considered a plus.

Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Transportation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will perform, oversee, and manage transportation studies and design of roadways, streets, intersections, and ancillary facilities. Experience in performing and overseeing analysis and design, preparing calculations, developing details, preparing specifications and estimates as well as directing the preparation of bid documents is required. The successful candidate should have construction administration services experience that includes interpreting design intent, evaluating construction for compliance with contract documents, and directing of testing and engineering support personnel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of transportation engineering projects for local and state government clients. The candidate must have experience in preparing proposals, business development, and the ability to make public presentations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Qualifications: B.S. Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of related project experience. Active Massachusetts PE is required. Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with all phases of transportation project and plan preparation are required. A Master of Science in Transportation Engineering will be considered a plus.
