Nitsch Engineering is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative assistance to the human resources department. This entry-level position will provide an opportunity for someone interested in a career in human resources. Not only will you be assisting the HR Manager with administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources function, but you will be an integral part of building a department that supports a dynamic, engaged, and growing workforce.
This position requires experience working in an office setting – preferably in a confidential capacity. If you have excellent communication skills (listening, speaking and writing), computer skills (Microsoft Office), and multi-tasking skills; and are able to meet strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment, then read on.
We are an established mid-sized engineering firm that provides survey, civil/site, transportation, GIS, planning, and structural services to a wide variety of clients including developers, architects, universities, state and municipal government agencies.
