Our people are what makes Nitsch a special company, and we’re excited to announce a new team leader and two more promotions!

Nathan RosencranzWe are thrilled to announce that Nathan L. Rosencranz, PE, SE has joined the Nitsch Team as a Project Manager and Team Leader in our structural engineering group! Nate has 15 years of experience in bridge design and construction engineering, with a specialty in solving complex problems with innovative solutions that are constructible. In addition to bridge design, he is experienced in bridge rating and inspection, bridge and tunnel rehabilitation, dam rehabilitation, and analysis of communication towers. Nate serves on the Executive Committee of the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI) Boston Chapter, and is a member of the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section (BSCES) of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Please join us in welcoming Nate to Nitsch!

In addition to the previously announced promotions of Deborah Danik, PE, CPESC, LEED AP BD+C to Deputy Director of Civil Engineering; Alexander Diotte, PLS to Deputy Director of Land Surveying; and John Michalak, PE, ENV SP to Deputy Director of Transportation Engineering, please join us in celebrating the achievements of four more of our engineers who were recently promoted:

  • Coleman Horsley, PE has been promoted to Project Engineer in our civil engineering group. Coleman has four years of experience as a creative and collaborative designer with a full command of the design process, including drafting, producing renderings, performing context analysis, permitting, and providing construction administration services.
  • Chanel Jackson, PE has been promoted to Project Engineer in our civil engineering group. Chanel has six years of experience as a civil engineer with expertise in drafting and designing site infrastructure, as well as modeling stormwater systems. She is focused on designing solutions that mitigate climate impacts.
  • Kyle Yuan, PE(IL) has been promoted to Transportation Engineer. Kyle has four years of experience providing traffic analysis, roadway design, signal design, and cost estimates. He is experienced in analyzing and modeling signalized intersections, corridors, roundabouts, and multi-modal operations including cycling, walking, and transit.
  • Brian Biagini has been promoted to Senior Project Designer in the civil engineering group.
